Search Queries
A name or place entered in a search tool is sent to the outside provider that operates that tool. The provider processes the entry and supplies its response. Duplin County Criminal History does not keep a local log of those search terms.
Messages and Contact Submissions
An email sent to us may be retained so a response can be prepared. We keep such messages within the organization unless disclosure is required by law.

Visitor data is not assembled into third-party dossiers or consumer reports. This resource is not a consumer reporting agency under the Fair Credit Reporting Act.
