Official Duplin County criminal-record questions belong with the agency that created or keeps the file. The contacts below route court documents to the clerk, sheriff and jail material to the Sheriff's Office, and statewide self-review requests to the North Carolina State Bureau of Investigation. This is a private resource, not a government records counter.

This Is Not a Government Office. We run a private reference site. We cannot pull criminal records, run official background checks, remove or correct a record, or accept expungement filings for anyone. For any of those, you need to reach the right government office directly.

The sheriff has no separately branded records unit in the official county material. Start with the Duplin County Sheriff's Office, 112 West Hill Street, PO Box 908, Kenansville, NC 28349, 910-296-2150. General county administrative requests may go to publicrecordsrequest@duplinnc.gov, but Judicial Branch court files remain with the clerk.
